Established Patients
The best way to communicate with us is through the Established Patients’ Portal, which will at all times maintain appropriate security controls to protect your message and information as required by the HIPAA Security Rule.
Established patients may also use the portal to view and select from available appointment categories and slots. For complex issues, please call the front desk so we can ensure you are allotted adequate time for proper care for your complex needs. To request a next day appointment, please also call.
New Patients
Please call our office or to schedule your first appointment with Potomac Ob Gyn, LLC. Once we verify your insurance, we will create a portal account for you. We will make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. If you are having symptoms, we encourage you to educate yourself in advance of your appointment by visiting the website of The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that your doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling.
Please note that we are not accepting new patients who are pregnant and in their 2nd or 3rd trimester.
