Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a doctor in, so requesting an appointment is a simple process through our portal or by phone. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Payment Policies
We accept checks or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
Insurance and Billing
We are accepting most traditional insurance plans. We are currently able to see patients with the following insurances:

- BlueChoice HMO
- CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield
- CIGNA
- Medicare
- Multiplan
- United HealthCare
